College Football Predictions: Week 7
(6) Kansas State Wildcats (5-0) at Iowa State Cyclones (4-1)
Kansas State's surprise start has shocked college football analysts, but many feel it is only a matter of time before the Wildcats lose. Iowa State has a shot at playing spoiler. Prediction: Kansas State 31, Iowa State 24.
(15) Texas Longhorns (4-1) vs. (13) Oklahoma Sooners (3-1)
Texas and Oklahoma are considered to be the two powerhouses of the Big 12, but each has suffered an early loss. This year's Red River Rivalry will pit two teams against each other who are both desperate for a win in hopes of staying relevant in the national title discussion. Prediction: Texas 38, Oklahoma 28.
(10) Oregon State Beavers (4-0) at B-Y-U Cougars (4-2)
It is rare to see a 10th-ranked team expected to lose to an unranked team, but many are expected BYU to defeat Oregon State. While they will not finish the season undefeated, expect Oregon State to leave Provo at 5-0.
Prediction: Oregon State 42, BYU 21.

Notre Dame's best start in years has many wondering if the Irish are ready to return to the BCS. After ruining USC's chances at an undefeated season, the Cardinals hope spoils the the Irish's shot at a prefect season. Expect a close fight. Prediction: Notre Dame 24, Stanford 21
(1) Alabama Crimson Tide (5-0) at Missouri Tigers (3-3)
Alabama is off to another great start, but many critics point out that the Crimson Tide have yet to be tested. With a 3-3 record, Missouri does not seem poised to present much of a threat. Prediction: Alabama 35, Missouri 14
(4) Florida Gators (5-0) at Vanderbilt Commodores (2-3)
Florida's victory over LSU has catapulted them to their high ranking, but the Gators will have to avoid looking ahead to their week eight matchup against South Carolina. This game has the makings of a trap, but Will Muschamp has kept his team focused all year. Prediction: Florida 28, Vanderbilt 17
(5) West Virginia Mountaineers (5-0) at Texas Tech Red Raiders (4-1)
West Virginia's victory over Texas made a statement about their entrance into the Big 12, and Geno Smith is currently the Heisman front-runner with 24 touchdowns and no interceptions. Texas Tech has the weapons to pull the upset, but Geno Smith has shown tremendous poise all season. Prediction: Texas Tech 42, West Virginia 35
